New PIN-codes for an ID and E-Residency card with valid certificates can only be issued at the embassy during a booked appointment. 

If you need new pin-codes for your currently valid ID-card, please send an e-mail to [email protected] or call us (972) 3 710 39 10. In the e-mail please confirm your full name, your personal ID code and the ID-card document number. Please note that there is a state fee to be paid for this service.
